What this policy covers

This policy explains what information Mainstay Santa Ana Concrete collects when you use our website, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this site, starting at our home page, and to the requests you send us through it.

We're a concrete contractor in Santa Ana, CA, and we collect information so we can answer your questions and give you an estimate. You can read more about who we are on our About page.

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, call or email us, we collect what you choose to share. That usually includes your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and details about the job, such as a cracked driveway, a new patio or photos of the area.

Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so the details you enter pass through that service before they reach us. Only send what you're comfortable sharing, and leave out anything we don't need to plan the job, such as payment card numbers.

Analytics and cookies

Like most websites, ours may use cookies and basic analytics tools. A cookie is a small file your browser stores so a site can remember your visit. These tools can record things like the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and the general area you're visiting from.

We use this information in summary form to see which pages help people and which ones need work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading pages and contacting us.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, schedule an estimate, plan and carry out your job, and follow up on work we've done. We may also use it to keep records of our jobs and to meet legal, tax or insurance requirements.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, such as our form and email providers, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and job information for as long as we need them to answer your request, finish your project and stand behind the work. After that, we keep records only as long as tax, legal or insurance rules call for, and then we delete them.

Analytics information is kept in summary form and isn't used to identify you.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

If you live in California, state law may give you added rights over your personal information, and we'll honor a request made under those rules. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, so we don't hand your details to someone else.

Children's information

Our site is meant for adults planning work on a home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The current version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.

How to raise a privacy concern

If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, reach us through our Contact page or call (657) 643-0084. We answer Mon–Fri: 6 AM–11 PM and Sat–Sun: 7 AM–11 PM.
