Meet your Santa Ana concrete contractor
How I got into concrete
I started on the sales side of concrete, writing up driveway and patio jobs for homeowners. After a few years I wanted to be the one building them, so I joined a crew and learned the trade by doing it. In 2017 I opened this business here in Santa Ana. Today we're best known for driveways, patios and slabs, and some property owners call us for a lot, a wall or a foundation. Most of our calls come from homeowners in Santa Ana and the cities around it, and you can see the rest of our work on the home page.
What I care about most is that you know what you're getting before we start. Concrete can crack some, it needs time to cure before you use it, and it sometimes needs resealing later on. I'd rather you hear that from me at the estimate than find it out later. I also keep the job site calm and tidy, because you're living next to it while we work.
Licenses and insurance
Licensed and insured
Fully licensed and insured. Our own crew does your job, so the people working on your property are the people we hired and trained.
Santa Ana business license
The city requires every business working inside city limits to hold a city business license, and its permit pages say a contractor needs a current one. That's worth asking any contractor about before you hire them.

What you can expect from us
A plain walkthrough before we pour
Before any concrete goes down, I walk you through the job. That covers digging out and packing the subgrade, which is the ground your slab sits on, and where the control joints go, which are cuts that give the slab a planned place to crack. If the budget gets tight, I'll tell you to keep the money in the base and save on the finish, because you can't fix a weak base once it's covered.
The person who quotes your job knows concrete
I come out to look at your job and write the estimate myself, and I stay in touch until it's done. Our own crew does the work, with a lead hand running the site and me checking in along the way.
City steps sorted out early
When your job needs a permit, we can pull it as the licensed contractor. We line up soils reports early and plan the work around the city's reviews and inspections, so each step happens in the right order. If you'd like to ask about a permit yourself, the city's Building Safety Division issues building permits.
